During the first consultation, we will discuss your plans, ideas, and music selections to help you plan your dream wedding. To assist you in the planning process, we provide a data sheet for you to take home and refer to as you make decisions.
## Finalizing, Coordinating, and Production The finalizing, coordinating, and production stage involves a second consultation between Memorable Knights Entertainment and you, the bride and groom. This is where we bring all the plans and selections together to create a seamless and unforgettable experience. We place great emphasis on attention to detail, including the correct pronunciation of the entire wedding party's first and last names. Our professional-grade sound and lighting equipment guarantee the best audio experience for your guests. We ensure that the sound level is just right, creating an enjoyable atmosphere without being overbearing. Additionally, our lighting setup is carefully designed to enhance the ambiance of your reception while avoiding any disruptions to the photographs taken by your photographer.
### Unlimited Time We believe that time should never be a constraint on your special day. With Memorable Knights, our goal is to make every reception a success, which is why we offer unlimited time for our brides and grooms (within reason). You can relax and enjoy every moment, knowing that we will be there to keep the celebration going.
# Ceremony Music We understand the significance of the ceremony in your wedding day. That's why we offer a wide selection of pre-ceremony and ceremony music options. Whether you prefer traditional classics or contemporary tunes, our extensive library has something for every couple. Upon your request, we can provide a wireless microphone to ensure efficient communication during the ceremony.
## Ceremony at Same Location If your ceremony takes place at the same location as your reception, there is no additional charge. We consider this our gift to you, making your planning process easier and more convenient. ### Ceremony at Different Location For ceremonies held in a different location than the reception, there is an additional $200 cost involved. This fee covers the logistics and setup required to seamlessly transition between venues, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for you and your guests.
